Members may now pay with echeck of credit card.  Follow the link for Homeowners at the bottom right of the bank home page.  You will be required to enter your account number, located on the statement you receive by mail.  Fees may apply.  Mailed checks are still accepted.  If you have misplaced your statement, pertinent info. includes:

Mgmt Co. ID = 5537
Assoc. ID = 0000RC

Your account number is derivative of your address (10551 Falcon St. = 10551FS)

Because quorum was not met at the Annual Meeting in November, the Meeting has bee rescheduled for January 25th at 6:30 pm, at the Carbon Valley Library.

Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of every month.  The next meeting will be at Carbon Valley Library
